Procedures:

  1. Equip Alcadno's Cape.

  2. Talk to Russellon at Alcadno Research Institute: Lab - Center Gate in Sunset Road: Magatia.

  3. Hunt and kill 80 Roid.

  4. Return and talk to Russellon once you have completed the task.
