Procedures: Talk to Nolbu in Korean Folk Town. You will be rewarded with 1 Nolbu's Seed. Go to the top of his roof and drop 1 Nolbu's Seed. Wait a few seconds for the seed to grow into a gourd. Attack the gourd until it drops 1 Warrant Of Attachment. Return to Nolbu and give him the obtained item.
