Procedures:
Talk to Delv the Toy Soldier in Ludibrium: Eos Tower 100th Floor
Next, talk to Olson the Toy Soldier.
You will be brought to a tower.
Search around the tower for the real Dollhouse. The real Dollhouse has a slightly-3D handle compared to the fake Dollhouse.
Once you have found the real Dollhouse, hit the door and 1 Pendulum will drop out.
Talk to Mark the Toy Soldier and you will be brought out of the room.
