NPC(s) Involved:

Hersha Arwen the Fairy
Procedures:

  1. Talk to Hersha of Ellinia: Ellinia.

  2. Go to and double click on Small Tree Stump to obtain 1 Clear Tree Sap.

  3. Then head back to Ellinia: Ellinia and talk to Arwen the Fairy.
