Q1: "Are you the Game Masters (GMs) of MapleStory?"
No, we are not the GMs of Maple Story. Hidden Street is not affiliated nor an associate with Wizet, Nexon or AsiaSoft.
Q2: "I can't seem to find the search engine within the site."
It is because we are not using any search engine for this site, as Hidden Street isn't using any database queries at all.
Q3: "How do I join Hidden Street guild in MapleStory?"
If you are interested to join the Hidden Street guild, whisper or send a private message to the guild Master or Jr. Masters of the guild in each respective server. To find out who are the Master and Jr. Masters of the guild, you can check it out in the Guild page.

Do take note that they have the right to accept or reject you from joining in the guild.
Q4: "I would like to submit my fanart. Where do I send it to?"
You can attach your fanart along with the e-mail and send it to hiddenstreetgmail.com
Q5: "I can't login into my Maple Story account because I have lost my pin number. Can you please reset it for me?"
As we had mentioned in Q1, we are not the GMs of MapleStory. Therefore, we do not have the means to reset your account's pin number. The best solution is to contact the MapleStory administrators about it.
Q6: "What does the KB value mean in the monsters section?"
It means "Knock-Back" value. It is the amount of damage required to knock-back the monster.

For example, Jr. Necki has a KB value of 50. That means that you have to deal a minimum damage of 50 to knock-back the monster.
Q7: "I can't seem to find the registration button in Hidden Street forum. Could you help me out?"
If you aren't able to find the registration button on our forum, it shows that we have closed the forum's registration and will not accept any new members for the time being.

An announcement will be made when the forum is open for registration again.
Q8: "E-mail for account verification in Hidden Street forum not received. What can I do?"
Contact us via e-mail at hiddenstreetgmail.com about it.

Provide your forum username that you have registered and with that, we will manually activate your account in the forum. Usually it will take about 1-2 days for your account to be activated.
Q9: "Can I be a part of the Hidden Street staff?"
Only if we are looking for more people to join the team, which will be announced on the main page.

It's best to understand that Hidden Street requires input from players of MapleStory to constantly update the database as it is next to impossible for two admins to gather data and constantly monitor changes by themselves. If you notice that there are any errors at all, feel free to send an e-mail to us to notify us about them so we can make the necessary changes.

Hidden Street is not responsible for any losses incurred, whether in real life or in the virtual worlds of MapleStory, for any usage of our database.
Q12: "Hidden Street takes too long to update its database."
As Hidden Street is currently being maintained and updated by only two people, you have to realise that we do have outside life like any other normal people: holidays, work, assignments, projects, etc. However, we do try our best most of the time to forgo our activities just to keep to Hidden Street updated, whenever possible. Do give us time, and eventually, things that require updates would be completed.
